Warranty

Win n Grin provide a 1 year warranty commencing at the date of shipping each unit.
The warranty is a "Back to Factory" for repair / replacement for any component that is defective or substandard due to our manufacturing process.
Electronic circuit boards carry a five year warranty.
The warranty excludes damage caused by any event other than the component(s) intended use. Events causing damage can be defined as (but not limited too) mains power fluctuations, modifications or repairs not carried out by Win n Grin Australia (or our authorized repair personnel), tampering or touching a part / component by any party unless under the direction of Win n Grin Australia.
Warranty exclused wear and tear items - (e.g. Claw lift rope, gears, motors, bushes and bearings).
